GDPR. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
The security of your personal data is important to us - and the same applies to your customers. Therefore, we have added a Data Processing Agrrement (DPA) to our subscription terms, which all customers must approve to use 3manager. As of May 25th 2018, our user terms of service (EULA) include a provision to ensure GDPR compliance.
If you are a Partner or a customer who needs further documentation of compliance with 3manager acting as a Processor (for example, as a customer who processes their own user's data through 3manager or as a Partner who integrates directly with 3manager) you can download and sign our DPA below and return to GDPR@3manager.com which then sends a signed version back to you.

SLA. Service Level Agreement
A service-level agreement (SLA) is a contract between 3manager as a service provider and you as a customer that documents what services the provider will furnish and defines the service standards the provider is obligated to meet.

Cookies. How we use them
A cookie is a text-only string of information that is stored by your browser when you navigate around a website.
Cookies are required to use the 3manager.com services and are used in the following ways:

To keep the session open after a user logs in.

To compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow us to understand how users use our site and to help us improve the experience of our website. It is not possible to identify you personally in this way.

When a user has enabled "Remember Me" a cookie allows the user to access their account without logging in each time. This cookie is removed when the user explicitly logs out.
These cookies contain no personal information, but clearly, users shouldn't enable 'Remember Me' when using a publicly-accessible computing device or terminal.
